These terms apply to 3D Garden Designer (https://3dgardendesigner.com), operated by YLabs.

Using the service

You need an account to save gardens. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what is done through your account. You may use 3D Garden Designer for personal and commercial garden design work.

Your content

Your gardens, uploads and designs stay yours. You give us the permission needed to store and process them to run the service: render your plans, keep their history, and serve them to you and to the AI assistant you connected. We do not sell your content.

The plan is a design aid

A 3D Garden Designer plan is a visual design aid. It is not a land survey, and it is not structural, drainage, botanical or safety advice. Measure your yard and check anything that must be exact (boundaries, pipes, cables, load-bearing work) on the ground with a qualified person where needed.

Availability

We work to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or beyond our control. The first version models flat ground, and plants not picked from the plan's plant list are drawn by their plant group.

Changes

We may change or discontinue parts of the service. If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them; the current version is always at https://3dgardendesigner.com/terms.
